‘Joy Bangla’ has been declared as the national slogan of the country.
Cabinet bans employment of children under 14
The Cabinet on Monday decided that none under the age of 14 could be recruited for work, approving the proposal of ratifying ILO Convention-138 which restricted the employment of any child below 15.
Ramadan office hours at 9 am to 3:30 pm
Cabinet Secretary Khandker Anwarul Islam on Monday said that the government has set the office time for the upcoming Ramadan from 9:00 am to 3:30 pm for all government, semi-government, autonomous, and semi-autonomous organizations.
