The Youth and Sports Ministry on Wednesday announced the Sheikh Kamal National Sports Council Awards 2021.
A total of 10 persons and 2 organizations will be honored in seven categories for sports awards.
Legendary footballer and Bangladesh Football Federation (BFF) President Kazi Salahuddin has been selected for a lifetime achievement award in the Sheikh Kamal National Sports Council Awards 2021.
All the winners will receive the awards on August 5, on the occasion of the birthday of Sheikh Kamal at the NSC auditorium.

Lifetime achievement: Kazi Salahuddin
Best Players: Ruman Sana, Mabia Akter Simanta and Mahfuza Khatun Shila
Promising Players: Cricketer Akbar Ali, International Master Mohammad Fahad Rahman and Football Unnoti Khatun
Best Organisers: Manzur Kader and Kyaw Shwe Hla
Sports Association: Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB)
Sports Journalist: Muhammad Kamruzzaman
