Nazmul Hasan Papon has been elected as the President of the Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) for the fourth consecutive time.
A meeting of 25 directors on Thursday have chosen Nazmul Hasan Papon as the BCB president.
A director, who attended the meeting, confirmed the matter to Dhaka Post.
Earlier, Papon emerged as victorious in the BCB election on Wednesday, held at the board’s premises adjoining the Sher e Bangla National Cricket Stadium in Mirpur by claiming highest number of votes jointly.
Papon, the incumbent BCB president acquired 53 votes, same as Gazi Golam Mortuza Pappa and senior cricket organizer Enayet Hossain Siraj from category-2 to be elected as the director of the country biggest sporting body.
