Dua for Allah’s protection during Ramadan

Ramadan is a gift for us given by the Almighty Allah. This is a month of an opportunity by Allah for His servants to come close to Him.

This is a month of fasting, mercy, blessings, forgiveness, devotion and sacrifice. Ramadan is a great opportunity for all of us to ask for forgiveness for the sins of our life from the Almighty Allah.

Besides, it is also high time for us to ask for Allah’s protection from all kinds of evil things in this world and the fire of hell.

In Ramadan, asking for Allah’s protection is very important and in doing so we can seek protection from the fire of hell. Dua for protection:

اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ رِضَاكَ وَالجَنَّةَ ، وَأَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ سَخَطِكَ وَالنَّارِ

Allaahumma innee as-aluka Ridaaka wal Jannah wa a’audhu’bika min sakhatika wan-naar

Meaning: O Almighty Allah, I ask of Your pleasure and for Paradise, and I seek refuge from Your displeasure and from the fire of Hell.
