RMCH registers 10 more deaths

The coronavirus unit of Rajshahi Medical College Hospital (RMCH) reported 10 more deaths in the last 24 hours.

Brig Gen Shamim Yazdani, Director of Rajshahi Medical College Hospital, confirmed the matter on Thursday.

Three died of coronavirus while seven died having coronavirus symptoms.

Among the deceased, seven were the residents of Rajshahi, one from Chapainawabganj, one from Naogaon and one from Natore.

Notably, the northern part of the country is the new hotspot of coronavirus as most of the cases reported in these areas are Indian variant of the virus.
