Ena Paribahan bus hits microbus breaking road divider in Khikhet

A Sylhet-bound Ena Paribahan bus hit a microbus on Airport Road in the opposite lane on Tuesday morning.

The accident took place around 9:30 am this morning. 

Sabrina Rahman Mouri, Sub-Inspector of Khilkhet Police Station, confirmed the matter.

No casualties were reported in the incident while the driver of the microbus was injured, said Mouri.

Both of the vehicles were seized but the driver and helper of the bus fled, she added.

However, the traffic condition on Airport Road is back to normal now after a standstill in the morning.
