Awami League advisory council member and former Feni lawmaker Joynal Hazari has passed away.
He breathed his last at Labaid Hospital in the capital around 5:30 pm on Monday.
Chowdhury Meher A Khoda, public relations officer of the Labaid Hospital, confirmed the matter to Dhaka Post.
He said that the 78-year-old politician was undergoing treatment at a hospital for various age-related problems including kidney and heart disease.
