Tarzan star Lara killed in US plane crash

Joe Lara, who starred in the TV series ‘Tarzan: The Epic Adventures’ in the 1990s, has passed away in a plane crash in Tennessee, US.
The 58-year-old along with his wife and five others are assumed to be dead as the private jet crashed into a lake on Saturday.
County officials identified the victims in a news release late Saturday as Brandon Hannah, Gwen S Lara, William J Lara, David L Martin, Jennifer J Martin, Jessica Walters and Jonathan Walters, all of Brentwood, Tennessee.
Lara is famous for his role as Tarzan where he played the king of the jungle between 1996 and 2000. He also starred in a TV movie named ‘Tarzan in Manhattan’.
He also had done other action-fantasy roles in movies such as ‘Baywatch’, ‘Steel Frontier’, ‘Gunsmoke: The Last Apache’, ‘Sunset Heat’, ‘The Magnificent Seven’, ‘American Cyborg: Steel Warrior’ and ‘Tropical Heat’.
