Veteran actor and freedom fighter Sohel Rana has been hospitalized after testing positive for coronavirus.
Masum Parvez Rubel, brother of Sohel Rana, confirmed the matter to newspersons on Sunday night.
After being diagnosed with COVID-19, Sohel Rana bhai is currently undergoing treatment at the hospital for 3 days, he said.
He asked everyone to pray for him.
He was staying at his house most of the time amid the pandemic. He was supposed to start shooting for a film, but it didn’t work out.
He started his journey in the film arena by producing Bangladesh’s first Liberation War movie ‘Ora Egaro Jon’.
