Popular Bollywood actor Akshay Kumar took to Twitter to share that he has been hospitalized, a day after announcing that he has tested positive for COVID-19.
In a tweet, he wrote, “Thank you, everyone, for all your warm wishes and prayers, they seem to be working, I am doing fine, but as a precautionary measure under medical advice, I have been hospitalized. I hope to be back home soon. Take care.”

Earlier, on Sunday morning, he announced that he has been tested positive for COVID-19 and he has been in home quarantine following all the protocols.
He is the third A-lister Bollywood actor who has been infected with the virus after Aamir Khan and actress Alia Bhatt in recent times.
