Popular television and film actor Sidharth Shukla, also the winner of Bigg Boss 13, passed away at the Cooper Hospital on Thursday.
At the age of 40, Shukla suffered a massive heart attack in the morning, several Indian media outlets reported.
He was brought dead to the hospital, reports PTI citing hospital officials.
Actor Manoj Bajpayee took to Twitter to pay tribute to Sidharth Shukla. He wrote, “OMG!!! This is So Shocking!!! Words will fail to describe the shock and sense of loss of his near and dear ones!!! May he rest in peace!!! No yaar!!!!”

Shukla started his career as a model and made his acting debut with a lead role in the television show “Babul Ka Aangann Chootey Na”.
He also participated in reality shows, including ‘Fear Factor: Khatron Ke Khiladi 7’, ‘Bigg Boss 13’ and ‘Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 6’.
Shukla made his Bollywood debut with ‘Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania’ in 2014.
Sidharth Shukla is survived by his mother and two sisters.
