‘I am eagerly waiting to return Bangladesh’
Jamie Siddons, former head coach of the Bangladesh national cricket team, is a popular figure for those who are in touch with the country’s cricket. He served the national team as head coach from 2007 to 2011. Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) again appointed the former Australian cricketer as batting consultant for a period of two years. He is likely to join in February.

Former Bangladesh national football team coach Lodewijk de Kruif started the trend of playing expatriate footballers in the Bangladesh national team by introducing Jamal Bhuyan. Nowadays there are four expatriate footballers on the national team.
