Pakistan cricket team arrived in Dhaka this morning to play a three-match T20I and a two-match Test series.

An Emirates Airlines plane carrying them landed at the Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport at around 8:10 am on Saturday.

Skipper Babar Azam and veteran cricketer Shoaib Malik, however, did not accompany the team. They will join the team on November 16 ahead of the first T20I.

Pakistan team will directly enter the bio-secure bubble at Hotel Sonargaon in the capital.

The players can start practicing from the next day as they are not serving a mandatory quarantine for the first time since the beginning of COVID-19.

The T20 series will begin on November 19 at the Sher-e-Bangla National Stadium in Mirpur while The first Test will start on November 26 in Chattogram.
