Reasons to offer Taraweeh with consistency during Ramadan
Taraweeh is one of the notable things associated with the month of Ramadan. Besides fasting and abstaining from sin, Taraweeh is another way of bringing blessings from Allah during the month of Ramadan.
However, maintaining consistency can often become overwhelming throughout the month. Fortunately, Allah makes it easy for you to achieve the Ramadan goals we set for ourselves when we have pure intention and dedication.

Why is it important to be consistent in Taraweeh during Ramadan? Find out below:
Get rewards for all night
Taraweeh is your chance to earn rewards and blessings from Allah for the rest of the night after performing Taraweeh prayers. We Muslims commit crimes and desperately need as much reward as possible. Prophet Muhammad said, “Whoever prays qiyam to Imam until he is finished, Allah will save him qiyam of the whole night.” An-Nasa’i and authenticated by Al-Albani
All sins are forgiven
Imagine you stand for hours before Allah every night, your sins are forgiven, even the sins you fear so much will never be forgiven. Regarding this, the Prophet said, “Whoever prays on the nights of Ramadan with sincere faith and seeks his reward with Allah, will be forgiven all his previous sins.” Al-Bukhari and Muslim
Good exercises
It is natural that we are lazy and slow down on our physical and mental obligations. Consistency in Taraweeh will help you stay on track and stay active. It helps us get physical benefits because standing before Taraweeh and then bowing to Allah is like an exercise routine. This routine is even more beneficial after Iftar when you feel full and bloated. The Prophet Muhammad considered these prayers as consolation and a form of relaxation, an escape from the daily grind. He often said to Bilal, the Muazzin, “Make a call to prayer, so that we can pray and feel comfortable.”
Make up for compulsory prayers
Taraweeh Prayers give you the opportunity to fill in gaps you may have in obligatory prayers. If you’re consistent, you can take advantage of it. A great opportunity to seize. The Prophet Muhammad said that when a man stands before Allah on the Day of Resurrection and his obligated prayer somehow fails, Allah will say, “See if my servant has any voluntary prayers that can complete what is missing from his obligatory prayers.” Tirmidhi Sahih
Opportunity to listen to the Holy Quran
The Holy Quran is recited in order during the Taraweeh prayers throughout the month of Ramadan. It is usually completed between the 25th-27th of Ramadan, giving us the opportunity to hear and even memorize portions of the Holy Book.
