Decision on lockdown extension Thursday

The government will take the decision on Thursday whether the ongoing lockdown will be extended or not after observing the situation.

Cabinet secretary Khandker Anwarul Islam came up with the statement after a cabinet meeting on Monday.

The 7-day nationwide lockdown started on Monday in an effort to prevent COVID-19 infections in the country.
