Actress Kabori hospitalized with COVID-19

Veteran actress Sarah Begum Kabori on Monday admitted to Kurmitola General Hospital of the capital after contracting COVID-19 infections.

Kabori herself confirmed the matter to Dhaka Post.

Nur Uddin Sarker, the personal assistant of the actress, said, “Kabori caught fever on Saturday and got herself tested for COVID-19 the next day. She admitted to hospital on April 5.”

She is now on oxygen support, he added.

Kabori made her film debut with the movie ‘Sutarang’ in 1964.
